Public Tee Times – 7 Day Advanced Booking

We ask all of our guests to book your 9-hole tee time online.

No golfer, rider, or walker under the age of 5 is allowed on the golf course.

When booking online, only our regular green fee rates are shown. Discounted rates such as our Senior and Junior rates, will be applied when checking in at the pro-shop. Senior and Junior green fee rates do NOT apply until after 4:00pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Proof of ID may be requested to verify age and/or address.

Golf Now reservations request credit card information, but this is only used to secure your booking. Your card is NOT charged until checking in at the pro shop. Note: All GolfNow “Hot Deals” are paid in full directly to GolfNow upon booking

Guests wishing to modify or cancel their reservation, or book 18 holes, MUST call the pro shop at 403-932-5103. There is no 18 hole green fee rate. Golfers will be charged for two 9 hole green fees.

Tee Time Cancellation Policy

Overview

When you book a tee time, that slot is reserved exclusively for you and your group. This policy helps ensure fair access for all golfers and efficient course management.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time to avoid fees.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your credit card on file may be charged the $20 green fee (including tax) for each booked player if we are unable to fill those tee times.

“NO SHOW” Policy in effect. No Shows will be charged a $20 fee for each player on your tee time. There is zero tolerance for NO SHOWS. Cancellations less than 24 hrs. may be subject to the $20 No Show charge for each player on your tee time.

This fee covers the revenue lost when a tee time cannot be rebooked.

Agreement to Charges

By booking a tee time, you authorize The Cochrane Golf Club to apply the No-Show Fees or late cancellation fees if you miss the cancellation deadline. This authorization is part of your booking agreement.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If you missed your tee time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, unsafe travel), please contact us within 48 hours to request a review. Exceptions are granted at our discretion.

Disputes

If you believe a fee was applied in error, cochranegolf@gmail.com with your booking details for review.

Please note that although we encourage all levels of abilities, Cochrane Golf Club is a regulation length 9-hole golf course and can be difficult for those just learning.

Pace of play will be strictly monitored by our on course player’s assistants. Please keep up to the group in front of you. A 9-hole round should take no more than 2 hours & 15 minutes.
